Job description

Arrow Renovation, a leading Class A General Contractor in the Kansas City area, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Canvass Construction Lead Generator. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our growth and success.

**Position: Canvass Construction Lead Generator**

**Compensation: $15.00 per hour

**+ Sign-On Bonus

**+  Commission per Lead Generated**

**Responsibilities:**

- **Door-to-Door Canvassing:** Engage with homeowners in target areas to promote Arrow Renovation's services and generate interest in our offerings.

- **Print: Flyer/Hangers/Mailers Distribution:**

Distribute marketing materials to maximize brand visibility and attract potential customers.

- **Team Development:**

Take charge of building and developing a high-performing canvassing team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure success.

- **Lead Generation:**

Generate leads through effective communication and persuasion, with a commission for each appointment set by the sales team.

- **Referral Development:**

Create and nurture relationships to develop a steady stream of referrals for the sales team to convert into appointments.

- **Event Participation:**

Actively participate in events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.

- **OFFICE Participation:**

Actively participate in office assistance with busy center / generate leads if needed.

- **Leadership Abilities:** Proven experience in building and leading successful teams.

- **Self-Motivated:** Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
