SALT Service Co. is a growing company that provides efficient and effective solutions to its customers. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Culture & Care team by providing support to our team, assisting in daily office needs, ensuring timely follow-ups, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the overall success of our team. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in reconciling monthly credit card statements
• Assist in reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Collection of past due customer balances
• Maintaining accounts payable files
• Reconciling daily TSYS Credit card reports in Service Titan
• Manage weekly expense reports spreadsheets and receipts
• Filing
• Perform administrative duties to help with the overall efficiency of the operation
• Perform additional jobs as assigned
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior administrative experience 
• Proficient computer skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (must know formulas)
• Must be very organized
• Attention to detail, time management, excellent follow-up and follow-through
  
• Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• QuickBooks Online experience a plus
• Service Titan experience a plus

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (with 30-minute lunch break)

SALARY: 

• competitive salary ranging from $37,440 to $44,000 based on experience and knowledge.
