Cornerstone Staffing has partnered with a nationwide insurance company that is looking to expand within their health & life division and hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Rep to join their team. Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Rep:
- Contact prospective leads via phone, internet, and other computer systems to find the best solutions
- offer products to each new client you engage with to maximize sales and promote customer retention
- Meet or exceed sales goals given for the day/week/month
- Use existing client base to make sales
- Make outbound calls to customers to cross-sell and up-sell
- Handle prospect calls and convert them into sales
Requirements for the Insurance Sales Rep:
- 3+ years of work experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service environment
- Must have experience in pre-call planning, account development, and time management
- Proficiency with computers
- HS diploma or equivalent
- MUST HAVE CURRENT LIFE AND HEALTH LICENSE
Pay/Benefits for the Insurance Sales Rep: - $20/hr base salary ($41,600k) + commission structure on sales
- FULL benefits, health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, retirement
Shift/Location for the Insurance Sales Rep: - M-F 8am-5pm (after hours as needed)
- In-office, located at 96th & M, Omaha, NE
