REQUIRED CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH (must have before applying)

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a JAVA Software Engineer - Level III to support an existing contract in the Annapolis Junction area.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:

Software development and maintenance of a large code base of Java, Apache Camel, Apache CXF and Spring.
Assisting with updating documentation to reflect changes to the system, to include SOPs and knowledge modules
Responding to break/fix actions
Proactively and reactively identifying and resolving systemic problems
Creating written mitigation procedures (SOPs) to use to resolve/mitigate known errors
Performing additional installations, when applicable
Gathering and reporting metrics on the number of incidents resolved

Qualifications:
Clearance TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (Must have prior to applying)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted
Experience
Twenty (20) years of experience as SWE in programs of similar scope, type and complexity is required
Experience with Java, Eclipse, Maven, GIT required
Additional Experience with Camel, CXF, PostgreSQL, JUnit Tests, SoapUI, GitLab, Docker, JBoss Fuse (or ServiceMix), as well as experience with Linux is helpful
Expertise with Ansible, VMWare, Redhat, Linux, Windows, Software deployments, Software builds, performance tuning, data population are all pluses
Soft Skills
Strong skills in problem solving needed.
Good communication skills a must
