Compensation: $30-32/hour
Job Description: Detailed Position Responsibilities
Contact federal, state, territory and local tax agencies to research and resolve outstanding tax notices
Register for new tax accounts or close existing tax accounts when needed
Complete Power of attorney (POA) documents
Ensure timely resolution of notices while keeping tax notice tracking log updated
Download tax returns, then save to the share drive
Download ADP reports, then save to the share drive
Other duties as assigned
Experience Required
BA/BS Degree is required
Proven work experience in 1000+ employee, US multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll tax administration
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multi-task and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Skills in MS Excel to include V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience using office equipment including copier, scanner and computer
