We currently have 2 NEW roles for full time, dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director's, in our fast growing Behavioral Health and Substance abuse facilities located in the Tucson and Mesa areas . As a Clinical Director, your primary function will be to establish program direction, monitor the management of the program's resources, and the coordination of overall service delivery and personnel administration at our facilities outpatient clinics. This position is an independently licensed behavioral health professional who ensures the provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services. This position will work with community partners, business leaders and other programs to expand our facilities programming and make our facility the agency of choice when referring patients partnering for contract expansion and develop programs. Job Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) rotating on call, mostly a phone call, on site is rare and mainly for extreme crisis situations.
- This is a new role so you will have the ability to make your stamp on this role and facility!

Requirements:
- Independent License in Social Work (LPC/LCSW)
- Ability to supervise a diverse population of staff from BHT's to peer support, etc.
- Seeking at least 1 year of experience with in bed, crisis
- 3-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $112,000.00 per year
