Job description
“Are you an LPN looking for a case management role that offers a flexible schedule, no required overtime, no mandated shifts, and no hands-on nursing? Then this is the position for you!”
**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days) **Position: Case Management LPN – Part-Time
Location: Gloucester, MA
Hours: Day Shift with flexibility to meet program needs
Summary:
Qualifications:
LPN certification by the MA Board of Registration in Nursing and must be in good standing.
One year of human service experience desired.
Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to conduct clinical eligibility assessments for adult foster care members.
Ability to complete prior authorizations.
Strong teamwork skills.
Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
