Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Vice President of Client Experience (VPCE) to lead our marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition efforts, both inside and outside of the organization. This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations of our client development teams and spearheading the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies, with a strong focus on client lead generation through a variety of channels including digital marketing and direct outreach.

Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: As a key member of the senior executive team, the VPCE will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth strategy, developing marketing strategies that increase qualified lead generation, and enhancing the initial client experience to drive growth.
Marketing and Lead Generation: Oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including paid and organic digital marketing, email campaigns, and direct outreach to referral sources, to generate leads efficiently and cost-effectively.
Analytics and Decision Making: Utilize analytics from paid digital marketing efforts to make informed business decisions, optimizing budget allocation for lead generation activities.
Team Management: Lead both the Family Liaison team in developing market-specific referral sources and the inside client services team in a call center environment, ensuring efficient onboarding of new clients.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other senior leaders to coordinate client care starts and report on lead generation and client growth metrics at executive meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education being a plus.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in healthcare marketing and client growth, with a preference for those experienced in increasing physician referrals.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, including being hands-on, service-oriented, results-driven, and strategic.
Technology: Proficiency in leveraging technology and systems like Salesforce to optimize business operations. Experience with new system deployments or upgrades is a plus.
