Job description

Our client is leading their industry dedicated to delivering superior quality products to their customers. As they continue to grow, we are joining forces in seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join their team and uphold their commitment to excellence.

Position Overview: As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality program. You will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related policies, procedures, audits, and incidents, ensuring compliance with ISO, PPAP, and First Article program requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to address quality issues, conduct customer visits, and review customer CARs.
• Lead efforts to achieve on-time delivery goals and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate quality programs to minimize quality claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and IATF certifications, complete PPAPs, and First Article Inspections as required by customers.
• Transfer SOPs, procedures, and policies to market activities.
• Pursue continuous education in quality management and maintain internal auditor certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience using 2 axis coordinate measuring machine and other measuring tools.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
