Job Description:
As a Senior System Engineer in the Global Security & Investigations organization, you’ll be directly responsible for supporting all aspects of the AT&T global case management system of investigations (an HCL Notes platform), along with evolving security and investigative focused technical solutions.
In this highly technical position, you’ll provide solutions for one or more system/software engineering disciplines, working directly with internal clients and leadership to implement technologies and platforms aligned with the overall technology vision, roadmap, and strategy to protect the organization.
What you’ll do:
• Manage an existing HCL Notes Scripts/C/Perl code connecting data (push/pull/encrypted) to a case management system.
• Manage, deploy and administer HCL Domino database(s) on a Linux platform to include some user support, database agent & server process monitoring.
• Create solutions in Perl, Korn, C and other options for data ingestion, reporting, monitoring and supporting functions.
What you’ll bring:
• 3-5 years of experience with HCL Notes, C, and Perl in the Linux environment
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously, effectively, and efficiently driving solutions.
• Excellent written / verbal communication English skills and ability to interpret technical needs from non-technical customers.
• Background in customer service
• HCL Notes and Domino Administration
• C programming Front End / Back End
• Must be fluent/comfortable working on and with Perl, Linux/Unix and Korn or Bash shell scripting.
• Must be fluent/comfortable using compression and encryption at file, database, storage levels while data is transported and at rest.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Our Senior Systems Engineers earn between $116,700 to $196,100 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
