Looking to add a billing coordinator to support the special projects division. 70% of the time this role will be supporting the divisional lead with administrative support. 20% of the role will be dealing with basic accounting - setting up billing for new customers, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting. Will need to be customer service oriented as they will 10% of the time be responsible for communicating with field employees and customers.. Depending on the week the percentages of responsibilities could change with work load.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-5 Years CS experience Must be proficient with word, outlook. Knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft AX) preferably. Billing experience - ability to set up new customers Generate and send reports . Excel - Spreadsheets, pivot tables etc
