Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: El Segundo, CA (On-site) - (Company moving to Hollywood in March)
Salary: $58K - $90K (Negotiable)

Our client, a global leader in smartphone and social games, is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws.
Employee Engagement: Support initiatives for a positive work culture through events, activities, and programs.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, managing candidate communications, interview scheduling, and ATS paperwork.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for seamless onboarding and offboarding.
Timekeeping and Benefits Administration: Oversee time cards, leaves, and benefit utilization for accurate records and compliance.
Internal Communications: Handle office announcements, ensuring timely and clear communication on events, policy changes, holidays, etc.
Policy Compliance: Assist in policy changes and ensure legal compliance within HR operations.
Collaboration with Finance Teams: Coordinate with CPAs and finance teams for HR-related reporting requirements.
Employee Inquiry Management: Address and manage employee inquiries, directing them to the appropriate channels or resources.
Yearly HR Functions: Support annual HR functions, including tax document distribution and benefit renewal processes.
Ad Hoc HR Tasks: Undertake other HR duties as needed, contributing to overall HR operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Software Skills: HRIS, ATS, time tracking, and Office Suite.
Knowledge: Good working knowledge of California employment laws.
Attributes: Commitment to confidentiality, problem-solving skills, organizational and detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task in high-pressure situations.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle various personalities.
