Parts and Accessories
Parts and accessories roles involve
ordering, stocking, and selling parts and accessories for vehicles. Parts
specialists are responsible for maintaining inventory levels, sourcing parts,
and providing pricing information. They may also work with technicians to
ensure that the correct parts are ordered and installed. Accessories
specialists work with customers to provide options for customizing their
vehicles. Both parts and accessories specialists need to have strong knowledge
of automotive systems and components, as well as strong customer service and
communication skills. They must also be able to work effectively in a
fast-paced and highly competitive environment. Compensation range $30k to 75k per year
