Our Sugar Land, TX Personal Injury Law Firm is growing and actively seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience by phone. The ideal candidate is interested in growing their career and our law firm and is a person who shows compassion and who values and fosters open and honest communication. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:  • In this role, your talents will bring value to our firm by being a positive voice each time we receive a phone call. You will play the pivotal role of organizing and notating files when documents come in through the mail. You will also take on the important task of coordinating to keep our office presentable.  Character Traits: • Confident yet humble, with a desire for constant growth and learning • Self-managing with the ability to identify issues and take the initiative to solve them • Resourceful and thinks outside the box to get things done  • Team Player who is willing to step in and help a team member, even if it will not benefit you directly • High-levels of positivity and charisma • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment • Strong desire to help grow our law firm • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Efficient and detail-oriented Qualifications: Requirements: • Bilingual (Spanish) – Ability to speak Spanish fluently  • Minimum 2 years of Receptionist or customer service experience by phone • Background in the hospitality field or sales a plus  • Strong communication skills to enable positive first impression with potential new clients, existing clients, team members, medical providers, adjusters, and court staff • Quality-, deadline-, and detail-oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products, calendars, videoconference software, scanner, etc.  • Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, growing environment • Has friendly and patient telephone etiquette  • Answers and directs calls  • Greets office visitors  • Assists scheduling visitors  • Opens and closes office  • Opens, scans, and files/notates in case file/emails incoming mail  • Responsible for outgoing mail  • Accepts office deliveries  • Books travel arrangements • Coordinates to keep office clean and organized; stocks snacks and refreshments • Monitors and orders office supplies • Please message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying for attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple calls and tasks  Other Duties: • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
