We are seeking energetic, passionate, and caring nurses to join our family team!
We are currently recruiting Part-Time and Full-Time Registered Nurses to assist with wound care, IV therapy and case manage patients that we serve in Butte County and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Cares for individuals based on personalized Plans of Care and manage changes in client's condition as deemed appropriate
- Counsels clients and family through care process and provides updates on a regular basis
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously stays informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care
- Takes part in rotating on-call schedule
Basic Employment Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse California state license
- Current CA driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Must provide DMV driving history report
- Show proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Weekend availability a plus
Salary & Full-Time employee benefits:
- Dependent on experience range is $ 40-50 hr.
