The Residential PM will be responsible for coordinating residential paint projects from start to finish. The right individual for this position will have a background in project management and construction, and will be motivated to grow in their career.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
- Show strong priority and time management behaviors
- Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
- Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
- Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
- Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
- Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
- Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Construction, painting, or trades related experience
- Preferred English and Spanish speaking
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory/project coordinating role
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Hiring, training and supervising crews.
- A background in construction field is a plus.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate software based platforms.âââââ
