This position is responsible for managing the Tool Facility at the Otis Elevator facility located in Florence, South Carolina on the 1st shift. This position will manage the planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations for the cells and support functions composed of hourly and salary team members, as well as monitor field orders and schedules to ensure tooling and scheduled delivery dates are met. Additionally, this position is responsible for the cells meeting quality, delivery, and EH&S goals. The candidate must have experience in effectively leading and motivating teams and a good understanding of lean principles.
