Job description

You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities:
- Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
- Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing, etc
- Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- 1-2 years of office background required
- 1-2 years of recruitment background required
- 1-2 years of heavy call volume (preferably in a call center environment)
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- The ideal candidate will have a very energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
