Proven experience in copywriting for an apparel and/or lifestyle brand.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload and multiple competing priorities to deliver effective, on-brand copy in a timely manner
Knowledge of and demonstrated adaptability to varying audience behaviors and writing styles across different platforms
Extremely strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ensuring overall accuracy
Ability to work both independently with minimal direction, and as a collaborator within teams 1.Bringing campaign concepts to life through copywriting and storytelling that stops BloomChic’s target customer in their tracks
Building an ideas-first environment for the Creative team, working alongside creatives, fashion and design to ensure campaign messaging is original and on-brand
Creating red-thread messaging that connects brand strategy with customer journey/experience
Developing comprehensive product FAB, selling points and brand voice system.
Pitching campaign ideas and presenting to Brand Director
Supporting the Editorial Team with research, brainstorming and tone-of-voice development, as well as writing across Style Feed and CRM if required
Working on several projects simultaneously from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented to senior stakeholders
