Full Time Hotel Director of Sales $1,000 Hiring Bonus Salary based on experience. Earn Monthly Sales Bonus Hotel experience preferred Immediate Employee Travel Discounts at other IHG Hotels Lincoln Hotel Group is seeking a highly talented, self-motivated Director of Sales (DOS) for our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln Downtown. We're looking for individuals who have a passion for hospitality, who are driven by outperforming expectations and want to be part of a team who delivers superior guest experiences. The primary responsibility is achieving hotel’s budgeted top-line revenue. The role is also responsible for developing key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans, building relationships, establishing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering outstanding guest service for all guests. Enforcing LHG’s policies and procedures while adhering to the Hotel’s Brand Standards. Job Responsibilities:
