Job Description:

The Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) is responsible for protecting our company's computer systems, networks, and aerospace technologies from threats. This includes developing and implementing security measures, educating employees about computer security, monitoring incidents, conducting regular system checks, and ensuring compliance with defense regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures specific to the aerospace and defense industry.
2. Ensure compliance with defense industry regulations and standards.
3. Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
4. Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.
5. Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
6. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events or projects.
7. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
8. Review reports on incidents and breaches involving aerospace technologies.
9. Investigate and resolve issues related to information systems security.
10. Create reports for management on security status within the aerospace and defense context.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a security manager or similar position in the aerospace or defense industry.
2. Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV).
3. Experience in reporting, emergency response planning, and compliance with defense regulations.
4. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures specific to the aerospace industry.
5. Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
6. Working knowledge of MS Office.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
9. Committed and reliable.
