Job Description
Skyborne Opportunity
We are looking for skilled and talented Recruitment Assistant who is responsible for supporting our recruitment department. Providing first-class experience to all candidates and employees at Skyborne. - Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, callbacks or rejection emails.
- Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
- Maintain testing database, send and review assessments.
- Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
- Pre-Screen candidates, shortlist and add candidates to pipeline.
- Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
- Updating our ATS System.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Professional requirements are as follows:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Minimum Requirements)
- High school degree/GED and/or some College degree from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years’ experience must be in a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Skyborne Airline Academy
- Contingent to employment, all candidates must pass a drug screening and background check, along with TSA badging-if required for your role.
SOFTWARE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- General knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Office Programs and other software programs may be required, as needed.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
- Significant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
- Type/keyboard 40+ wpm (computer user with minimum typing/keyboarding skills), preferred.

- Salary range $18-20 per hour (DOE)
