Join a dynamic team in the heart of Atlanta, GA, USA! We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic International Construction Quality Control Manager to embark on an exciting journey with us. As an International Construction Quality Control Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our overseas projects, serving as the primary liaison with clients and championing excellence in construction quality. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with project engineers and construction superintendents, managing a multicultural team of engineers, and overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures.

What will you do?

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to uphold quality standards on-site.
Be the face of our company, representing us in all matters related to quality control.
Lead the review and evaluation of technical documents to ensure adherence to quality criteria.
Develop and implement inspection and test procedures, ensuring compliance with requirements.
Supervise and support the QC team, ensuring contract requirements are met efficiently.
Take charge of concrete testing activities, following ACI and ASTM standards meticulously.
Manage quality control inspections, including punch-lists and project close-out activities.
Play a key role in project commissioning, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards.
What do we require?

A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-quality construction projects.
Willingness to travel abroad for 2-4 year assignments (US citizenship required).
Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the US Government.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction Quality Control.
What would set you apart?

Experience in Department of Defense or Department of State projects.
Previous role as a CQC Manager on successful overseas projects.
Familiarity with USACE QMS program.
Proficiency in MS Office and ACI Certification.
