Healio LIVE organizes continuing education meetings for healthcare specialists and is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Wyanoke Group.

The Healio LIVE Social Media Intern will be responsible for planning, creating, monitoring and analyzing social media campaigns that brand and promote its medical meetings to healthcare specialists. Candidates must be able to work independently within our established design guidelines and use professional tone and voice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and create social media posts with direction from Marketing and Design staff.
• Track social media analytics and monitor social feeds for mentions, reactions and shares.
• Identify and connect on social media with faculty members of Healio LIVE meetings.
• Grow the audience on each established social media channel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Student in Marketing, English, Journalism or Communications (others will be considered if qualifications align).
• Applicant should be comfortable in all social media platforms especially LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Canva is a plus but not required.
• Able to multi-task, be deadline oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

This position is fully remote and will report to the Vice President of Marketing for Healio LIVE. The work schedule can be flexible however 2-3 consistent days per week is preferred.
