The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a visionary Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing endeavors and catalyze our business's growth trajectory. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the global CEO and the executive team, devising and implementing strategies that bolster revenue growth, oversee the sales and marketing teams, and enhance our footprint in the US market. Your Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Account-Based Marketing: Craft and execute a detailed Account-Based Marketing strategy, identifying target customer segments, refining our messaging, and employing diverse marketing tactics to engage prospects.
Brand Development: Cultivate and maintain a robust brand identity within the manufacturing sector, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Lead Generation: Lead the charge on generating new leads through a mix of strategies, including digital and traditional marketing, events, community engagement, content creation, and more, in close collaboration with our business development teams.
Product Marketing: Partner with the sales team to fine-tune product messaging and positioning, and create compelling marketing materials for product launches.
Public Relations: Direct our communication strategy, nurture media relationships, develop PR campaigns, and maintain a positive public persona.
Performance Monitoring: Set and track marketing goals and KPIs in alignment with our business objectives, continually optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
Team Leadership: Build and guide a top-tier marketing team, setting clear objectives, offering mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Strategic Partnerships: Scout for and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to boost market presence and drive customer acquisition.
Who You Are:

Significant experience in leadership roles within ABM marketing, preferably in the SaaS sector.
Acute business insight with strategic decision-making prowess aimed at fostering growth and profitability.
A deep understanding of SaaS marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
A blend of marketing acumen and love for innovative marketing practices.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working across all organizational levels.
An analytical mind capable of sophisticated problem-solving and decision-making.
A hands-on leader ready to dive deep, take ownership, and deliver results.
Financial savvy with a knack for managing budgets efficiently.
