The Associate, Acquisition will be key in scaling Boll & Branch's digital marketing channels. In this role, this person will receive exposure to the paid search, affiliate, and paid social channels. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution and analysis of the affiliate and paid search programs. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of growth marketing experience, and is perfect for someone who is highly analytical and loves to keep their finger on the pulse of trends in the digital space. This person must be detail-oriented, energetic and have a passion for media. The role will report into the Manager, Acquisition.

This position will have the opportunity to work predominantly from either our Summit, NJ HQ or our NYC satellite office (but will need to be at HQ for key team and cross-functional in-person meetings). We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. There may be times when you're asked to work in our Summit, NJ headquarters because it's in the best interest of our business or your team.

The annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $85,000. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
