The Associate, Acquisition will be key in scaling Boll & Branch's digital marketing channels. In this role, this person will receive exposure to the paid search, affiliate, and paid social channels. This role is responsible for assisting in the execution and analysis of the affiliate and paid search programs. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of growth marketing experience, and is perfect for someone who is highly analytical and loves to keep their finger on the pulse of trends in the digital space. This person must be detail-oriented, energetic and have a passion for media. The role will report into the Manager, Acquisition. 

Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager, Acquisition on day-to-day campaign management for digital channels, primarily affiliate and paid search.
• Manage and keep reports and analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, while working with Manager to generate insights, calculating basic KPIs and understanding how metrics affect each other (CPA, AOV, ROAS). 
• Be key point of contact for the agency's decision making, spend tracking and troubleshooting. 
• Partner on the channel's creative and landing page strategy with Manager and Ecommerce teams. 
• Work with Manager in partnering with internal teams including Creative, Customer Insights, Retention, eCommerce, and Brand Marketing to optimize paid channels.
• Stay ahead on industry trends and competitive insights to help drive meaningful strategy, projects, and optimizations. 
• Develop strong working knowledge of shopping feeds, such as Feedonomics, to implement in digital ad testing.
• Proactively develop knowledge of digital media landscape. 
• Learn to leverage marketing data tools such as Partnerize, Google Analytics, Looker, and Feedonomics, as well as data analysis tools, particularly Excel, to provide insights and report on channel performance. 

Qualifications

• 1+ years of growth marketing experience working on DTC e-commerce brands
• Energetic and positive team player, with an eagerness to get their hands in the nitty gritty, collaborate with all teams, learn and grow. 
• Extremely data oriented and analytical mindset. This person gets excited to pull the numbers and glean insights to inform their decisions and recommendations. 
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once. 
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for marketing with strong working knowledge of the Internet and digital landscape.

This position will have the opportunity to work predominantly from either our Summit, NJ HQ or our NYC satellite office (but will need to be at HQ for key team and cross-functional in-person meetings). We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. There may be times when you're asked to work in our Summit, NJ headquarters because it's in the best interest of our business or your team.

The annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $85,000. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
