About this role:
Under the supervision of a U.S.-based Manager, with mentoring from peers, provide administrative, project, and process support to the Supply Chain Research and Advisory practice to help maintain and improve business efficiency, effectiveness, and growth. The environment is fast-paced and blends a combination of collaborative interactions and independent work.
What you will do:
Serve as knowledge expert for Gartner tools and Microsoft programs
Act as a liaison for sales and service
Provide logistical support for internal and external client meetings
Provide global support (supporting different time zones, languages, knowledge of region-specific processes)
Support Gartner and non-Gartner conferences/events as needed
Provide project support (research document support, client call scheduling, etc.)
Adhere to established policies, processes and guidelines
Responsible for data compilation & report production
Manage calendars & schedule activities for experts
Support expert onboarding & departures
Assist with ad-hoc projects and special duties as needed
Book Travel & process expense reports as necessary
What you will need:
Associate degree, bachelor’s degree preferred
Self-starter, must be able to own, manage, and complete projects and tasks will minimal instruction
Candidate must possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal and collaborative skills
Candidate must have a strong sense of personal commitment and ability to embrace change
Candidate must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a client service mindset in all interactions
Candidate must be detail oriented and organize effectively to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
2+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications Suite with advanced Excel Experience
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheet, & Google Docs)
WebEx and MS Teams Meeting Platform experience preferred
Experience managing multiple priority projects and tasks concurrently

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 48,800 USD - 67,620 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
