We are seeking a  BE/BC Orthopedic Surgical Hospitalist to join our team as an  Acute Orthopedic Surgeon or Orthopedic Surgical Hospitalist . Be a part of a mission-driven and leading-edge medical organization providing comprehensive care to patients throughout Southern Oregon! 

Surgeons who function as acute orthopedic surgeons or orthopedic hospitalists are one of the latest trends in orthopedic medicine. CHI Mercy continues to push to adopt new strategies that will increase patient care and satisfaction. Many surgeons find that being part of a comprehensive program that provides inpatient coverage and timely fracture care for patients is preferable to the demands and inconvenience of taking call at the hospital while juggling a busy elective practice, clinic, and scheduled surgeries. 

Offering $620,000 to $730,000 Guarantee + Incentives

• 4 days a week, M-Th, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
• Balanced schedule with ample procedure blocks
• 1:7 shared general call
• Clinic time available for post-ops and continuity care.
• Level III Trauma Center
• Service area of 110,000
• Developing Plans for Orthopedic Urgent Care
