Job description

Our client is looking for a Patent Agent to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Division focused on Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech.

This position is eligible to be fully remote.

Minimum Requirements for the position:

• 1+ year of experience with the most recent experience in a law firm environment.
• Education and background in chemistry, pharmaceutical, biotech, or something similar.
• Admitted to the USPTO

Compensation:

• Associate role is $205,000-$305,000.
• Patent Agent role is $99,600-$145,800

This role can be fully remote or hybrid int he following locations: Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, Charlotte, NC, Columbia, SC, Greensboro, NC, Greenville, SC, Raleigh, NC, RTP, NC, Tysons Corner, VA, Washington, DC, Winston-Salem, NC
