We are looking for a big-thinking, copy-leaning Associate Creative Director to help co-lead a team of stellar creatives for a major consumer goods company. Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to one of The Mars Agency’s hub locations: Detroit, Chicago, Cincinnati, New York, Minneapolis, Bentonville, Dallas or Nashville.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years’ experience in copywriting
- Previous management of a small-medium sized team (3+ years)
- Experience developing & executing Connected Commerce concepts and campaigns for CPG brands
- Compelling and in-depth storytelling and strategy development skills
- Ability to present and build a relationship with clients and team members
- Mentor, inspire and develop team & talent
