Job description

Your role involves leading a team of brilliant engineers in varying disciplines, fostering creative solutions and problem solving, making strategic budgeting and purchasing decisions that demonstrate good stewardship, and keeping EMF up to date with cutting edge technology by identifying next generation broadcast systems. Our ethos thrives on servant-style leadership as you champion your team's brilliance, dismantle hurdles, and fuel empowerment in a dynamic atmosphere. This position will be located full-time, onsite at our headquarters in Franklin, TN. Relocation assistance is available.
