Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and diligent Warehouse Associate to join our vibrant team! The Warehouse Associate will help us continue spreading the joy of gardening and making it accessible by performing a range of tasks from order assembly, packing, and labeling to pulling the orders for fulfillment and preparing them for shipment. If you are a team player with strong attention to detail who is passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.

The duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately assemble, package, label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Inspect products for defects and damages; report quality deficiencies.
• Organize materials in stock to maintain orderly inventory.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items in designated areas in the warehouse.
• Verify that SKU numbers match customer orders.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
• Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
• Follow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.
• Perform other duties and related projects as assigned by direct supervisor or manager.

Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in the warehouse setting.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

• 1+ years of experience in a relevant warehouse setting.
• 1+ years of experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.

• Regularly lift, carry, pull and push 70 lbs. unassisted.
• Regularly squat, stoop, bend at waist, turn at waist to complete function above.
• Requires regular bending and climbing.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Job Location and Work Schedule:

• 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377 :

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM depending on the specific role. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
• Occasional overtime and weekends, beyond scheduled hours may be required.
