Tow Call & Roadside Repair Dispatcher (FT).

 
Need to be familiar with Atlanta road ways

Myles Truck Repair & Wrecker Service.
After Hours & Weekends schedule with overtime available. We also offer a commission on each call paid to the dispatcher.

Job Position: Office Admin / Tow Call Dispatcher (Full Time Position).
Myles Truck Repair & Wrecker Service is looking to hire an office administrator.

Qualifications:

• We are requiring someone with prior experience in customer service and would prefer candidates with knowledge in the fields of towing, diesel & automotive.
• We run a fast-paced business with multiple customers every day that you will be required to help.
• Dispatch calls to tow trucks via Dispatch Software.
• Have a professional, clear voice over the phone, friendly, and calming attitude when dealing with customers, law enforcement, and insurance companies.
• Possess the ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Good computer skills.

Job Duties will include:

• Answering phone calls.
• Dispatching & pricing towing calls.
• Checking out customers and running credit cards.
• Reviewing google calls and grading.
• Calling customers for accounts receivables.
