Director of Franchise Development base salary range 60k-85k DOE plus incentives. Unlimited potential of 150k++. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Franchise Development to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our franchise network by identifying potential franchise candidates, establishing and maintaining relationships, and ensuring successful franchise onboarding. The Director of Franchise Development will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's growth objectives while upholding our brand values and standards.
