Machine Operator

Job description

· The Machine Operators will be responsible for working in Fabric, Wire Draw, Field Fence, Furnaces, or Galvanizing.

· Candidates will need to be comfortable working on extremely large machines that primarily cut, splice, extend, and galvanize wire of various thickness.

· Extremely high attention to detail since wire is constantly getting moved by forklifts, run at various heights in/out of machines, and 2 ton spindles are moved throughout the warehouse.

· Must be comfortable operating machinery and lifting up to 50lbs.

· Aerotek wire is organized but not the cleanest environment so ideally someone who doesn't mind getting dirty.

· Steel toe boots required

Shift:

· Swing shift: 3pm-11pm

· Night Shift 11pm-7:30am

·*12 days and 2 days off.

$20-21/hr

Some departments can receive up to $2-6/hr after training periods
