We are seeking a Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent to join our team.

Job description:

The Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent coordinates and oversees all the on-site work performed by our Subcontractors and Labor. They are responsible for on-site safety, meeting the project schedule, managing job costs and verifying the quality of work standards. The Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent reports to Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in construction field.

• Experience supervising and managing all field activities at the job site.

• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate project team members.

• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and Project.

• Excellent problem-solving ability.

• Strong communication skills, both surrounding Austin.

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

• Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic and desire to learn and be a part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bilingual (preferred but not required)

• Construction experience

• Must be able to work overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
