Job description

Summary

We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity. The overall objective and purpose of the Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the ordering, receiving, and implementation of procurement processes at the hotel

· Assist drivers with unloading shipments and bringing them to the correct department.

· Report all out of stock issues to the appropriate department head.

· Receive and Inspect all shipments coming to the hotel and refusing all damaged product.

· Adhere to the fist in first out rule, FIFO. Proper rotation of food & beverage items.

· Verify invoices against purchase orders for accuracy.

· Verify and deliver all guest packages within the hotel.

· Perform basic supply inventories when needed under direction of department head.

· Loading dock janitorial duties, sweeping and mopping.

·      All other duties as assigned by leadership
