We are seeking a Mid-Sr Attorney with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions to join our dynamic legal team. As a Mid-Sr Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of complex legal transactions. You will be expected to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, advise clients on legal matters, and present your findings in court, if necessary.
We are looking for a Mid-Sr Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Legal industry. You must have a JD (Juris Doctorate or Juris Doctor) degree and a strong understanding of the legal process. Expertise in Mergers, Acquisitions, and other business transactions is required.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a generous salary range of 255000 - 325000 Annually, plus commissions, bonuses and other perks.
