TMC Offsite Floater- Ambassador Shift: Varied from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM Locations: ROC, Proton Therapy Center 1, Proton Therapy Center 2, Life Science Plaza, occasionally Sugar Land location KEY FUNCTIONS Support patient experience and visitor management. Impacts department operations and institutional patient satisfaction programs. The main objective of the Ambassador role is to ensure the utmost quality in patient / visitor experience as part of the institutional Welcome Initiative. This position is part of our comprehensive guest management and visitor access strategy and directly influences departmental functions and overall patient / visitor experience across the institution. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Standing - Constant 67 - 100% Walking - Constant 67 - 100% Sitting - Occasionally 11 - 33% Reaching - Occasionally 11 - 33% Carrying - Occasionally 11 - 33% Lifting - Occasionally 11 - 33% Pushing/Pulling - Occasionally 11 - 33%Education Required:High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred:Associate degree in Communications or related field. Bilingual in Spanish.Experience Required:Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience. Must pass a pre-employment test as required and administered by Human Resources.
