Mobile Notary Signing Agent

Certified Mobile Notary Service () is now recruiting new notaries to take our certified loan signing agent training to be able to understand how to notarize various loan document types including refinances and new home loan contracts.

We cover all areas across all 50 states. Once you are certified you will be able to notarize mortgage loan documents and general notary work in all fields right in your local area.

Duties

• Sworn to, affirmed, acknowledged or proved before the notary
• Maintain a record of notary journal of all official acts
• Stamp documents with seal.
• Witnessing the signature of important documents such as the signing of contracts, deeds and power of attorney
• Confirm all documents/affidavits/pleadings have been executed and notarized properly based on state guidelines
• Witnessing the signing of documents and executing same, administering oaths, and authenticating signatures
• Mortgage loan document signings

Compensation: $125 to $200 per loan signing appointment.

Notary Signing Agent Training

This Notary Signing Agent Certification training is for mortgage loan closings and general notary work in your local area.
