Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to department heads and senior management.

Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Data Management:

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records.

Extract and analyze data to generate reports and assist in decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize email correspondence.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Document new processes and update existing procedures.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and records.

Assist with compliance-related tasks and regulatory reporting as needed.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including tracking and ordering supplies.

Collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain adequate stock.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong proficiency in SAP.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology is a plus.
