Job description

This is a remote position.

A personal assistant needed . Candidate should be bilingual (Spanish/English). Candidates should also have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work. An ideal team member will be able to work independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times. Responsibilities will include general correspondence including typing memos, sending emails, screening calls, schedule appointments, confirm meetings. Must be punctual and have excellent time-management skills. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excell.



Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College degree preferred.

·Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work are required for this position. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for this position. Strong time management skills are required for this position. A willingness to learn is also required for this position. A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

$110,000 - $125,000 a year
