Crystal Springs Inc. is actively looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Residential Services Supervisor . When working in this management position, you're responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS
If you can meet these requirements, you will love the perks of this management position! In addition to the rewarding nature of the work itself, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $42,224.00 to $46,134.40 based on experience, education, and MAP certification. As a bonus, we also offer a sign-on bonus of $2,500, with 75% ($1,875) disbursed after 90 days and 25% ($625.00) after 180 days . We are also proud to offer the following benefits:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR
While working with our nonprofit as a Residential Services Supervisor, your role is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. You create and maintain structured daily routines, oversee medication administration, and implement positive behavior support strategies. Your expertise in crisis management is crucial for ensuring safety. You also oversee program management aspects like quality treatment, budget management, and staffing levels. Demonstrating a commitment to organizational policies and procedures is essential for maintaining consistency and compliance.
