Job description

Prep Team Member responsibilities include hustling and working with a sense of urgency to produce our healthier food options for our guests. Food prep is responsible for all salads, wraps, and produce throughout the restaurant. Working directly with the Kitchen Leader, you will ensure cleanliness is up to standards and producing the right amount of product following the “Lean” system.

Please note this job is labor intensive and you will be working on your own.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Keep station clean and organized
• Make bulk produce products
• Make cold entree items (Salads, wraps, fruit cups, etc.)
• Maintain a set amount of products throughout the day
• Communicate with leadership about the status of our produce
