JOB OVERVIEW The Director, Process Optimization and Program Management is responsible for leading all Program management and business improvement activities to support TravisMathew’s growth. At the core, the Director will establish a common methodology for project management and oversee multiple strategic initiatives; collaborating with the Executive Team to implement transformational projects across all functions including partnering with the PMO at our parent company, Topgolf Callaway Brands. This is an exciting opportunity to implement best practices and methodologies while remaining hands on.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the TM project management team in creating a TM project intake prioritization process and partner with the parent company (TCB) PMO organization to ensure cross-brand prioritization work is aligned.
- Serve as the key / primary contact for the TCB PMO and IT organizations to ensure TM projects that require TCB support go through the appropriate intake process for prioritization and PM assignment
- Develop and implement a standard project management methodology for strategic initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for process improvement initiatives, aligning them with the TM’s overall goals and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and optimize key business processes across departments, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to drive the adoption of new processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of process improvement professionals, guiding them in the development and execution of improvement projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders and teams across different departments to understand their processes, identify pain points, and implement solutions that benefit the entire organization.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the budget associated with process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate regular project risk reviews and help drive issue resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain
- PMP Certification, preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ project management experience leading complex small-to-large scale projects and programs; previous experience with large scale integration projects, preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership capacity
