JOB OVERVIEW

The Director, Process Optimization and Program Management is responsible for leading all Program management and business improvement activities to support TravisMathew’s growth. At the core, the Director will establish a common methodology for project management and oversee multiple strategic initiatives; collaborating with the Executive Team to implement transformational projects across all functions including partnering with the PMO at our parent company, Topgolf Callaway Brands. This is an exciting opportunity to implement best practices and methodologies while remaining hands on.
