Dimondale Nursing Care Center team!
In collaboration with the Dietary Manager, the Culinary Concierge is responsible for assisting the overall operation of all food functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, to assure that quality services are provided on a daily basis and that the food operation is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

- Morning shift / Days
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

How you will help people every day: - Greeting of guests to the building, providing explanation of our menu, and ordering process for our daily specials as well as our Always Available Menu.
- Meeting and talking with guests on a daily basis and taking meal orders.
- Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program.
- Printing of meal production sheet for each meal and meal tickets.
- Updating of the daily menu for the dining rooms.
- Assist with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, and prepare and serve food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
- Good time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to be flexible in responding to changing demands.
