Elwood Staffing is hiring for an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist in a warehouse environment.

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 11:30pm)

• Assist customers via telephone and email and handle complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems with inventory and assist in cycle counts
• Scan haul-away loads and verify product
• Plan and arrange travel itineraries, process expenses, and mange schedules
• Organize, schedule, and follow-up on meetings

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Prior knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
