Crumbl Cookies, a leading brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our cookie shop. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the management team, learning valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the cookie shop
• Supervise and train cookie shop staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
