Subway Manager

The Subway manger position requires an energetic leader who displays operational

excellence in every area, as well as hires, trains and schedules employees.

Description

· Directs Overall restaurant management

· Directs staff in food safety, food preparation and cleanliness standards

· Responsible for inventory and money control systems

· Creates and posts staff work schedules

· Motivate and correct staff performance

· Communicates changes in food preparations standards to staff as needed

Requirements

· Must be able to work in all areas of the restaurant and to operate a computerized Point of

Sale system/cash register

· Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday

· Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Restaurant experience and supervising and training experience preferred. Open availability required. Pay is DOE.
