IT Project Manager - Change Management - Ecommerce/ Logistics
LOCATION : Los Angeles, CA
POSITION SUMMARY
Softworld is looking for an IT Project Manager to manage the release of new ecommerce technologies. This person will have high interaction with vendors, subcontractors, and all levels of personnel within the organization. This position will be reporting directly to the Head of IT.
The change manager will:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of .
- Support and engage senior leaders

- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

QUALIFCATIONS
- A solid understanding of and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a

- Bachelors degree or five plus years of related experience
- 5-10 years of experience in change management preferably in the IT office of a ecommerce/ logistics organization.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, video chat and software systems.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employee will work in multiple environments including an office & warehouse.
